Done it with debit, and I'd guess that USPS is hooked in to the financial web to allow credit as well, but I have no personal/direct experience
I went to a bookstore and asked the saleswoman "Were is the Self Help Section?" She said if she told me, it would defeat the purpose.

You'll either need to take a cash advance on the CC (which often comes with higher interest rates, or another option may be, if the seller is open to it, a cash payment by PayPal and fund it with your credit card. There are PayPal fees associated with that as well as CC interest.

Sending money to friends and family is free in the US for both you and the recipient when you fund the transfer with your bank account or PayPal balance. For a small fee, you can also use a debit or credit card.
