Can anyone tell me the possible model # of this gun, the years it was manufactured, and it's trade in or sale value ?

Thank you

Hello rockstar, a picture and place of manufacture would be very helpful. If it's a SS Dan Dan Wesson, the the basic model would  be a 741.

Value is dependent on a number of things, condition, shroud type etc.

Again, pictures are kind of critical for us to help you.

To the paranoid people who check behind shower curtains for murderers:

if you find one...what's your plan?

Thanks ! I don't have the gun in my possession I'm doing the research for a elderly friend. He has no case or pamphlet so are there any markings on it other than the serial # and where might hr find them ?

No model markings on that gun, just the serial number and place of manufacture.

Anything worth doing is worth doing well.

Thanks,,, He has winchester super X 41 200g Hp ammo that is pretty old. I know that the caliber is rare and have only seen a few brands and types available. Some of the 41 mag ammo I looked at was specific to only certain brands and types of 41's. Would you know what is best for this gun and what should be avoided ?  Thanks again.

Don't be concerned with shooting any of the brands of 41 Magnum.  The Dan will handle them all.

Technically, the glass is always full; half liquid, half air....
