Mr. Hardin,
Thank you for contacting the NRA-ILA with your concerns about lack of legislative support in the state of Connecticut. Please rest assured that we will exhaust all resources protecting your 2nd Amendment rights. The NRA feels that the restrictions on the law abiding residents are unconstitutional and that the legislation needs to be changed immediately.
Respectfully,
Nick C

We have members in the state of CT. They need NRA support and do not feel like they are getting it. I have had several members from a group I belong to tell me they fell hung to dry. I have not seen any news regarding NRA-ILA efforts to help the people against the states regulations against their rights to firearms. These small battles will make or break our fight against those who wish to destroy our Federal rights. If you cannot help at the state level there won't be anyone to support you at the federal level.

Thanks for the info, honestly, I'm no longer an NRA Member, but I will reach out to this contact to explain why I am no longer a Member. Any money I would have given the NRA over the past two years has instead gone to CCDL
I went to a bookstore and asked the saleswoman "Were is the Self Help Section?" She said if she told me, it would defeat the purpose.

It don't matter to me, there are other folks I'm sure who are. The NRA needs to be involved and maybe they work together with the CCDL. That looks like agroup that was needed and obviously still needs support. I commend you and the other fine folks of Conn. and I support your efforts to wash away this threat to your Constitutional rights. I told you I would and ask others to do the same. I just want you to know brother, that I and others are behind your states efforts to protect it's citizens.
