Should there not be 3 barrels ?
Large frame PP's often came with only two barrels (one extra). Seeing one with three is almost a rarity, from what I've noticed. No idea why that was, other than to maybe keep the total cost down.
Somebody got a nice gun there.

I seem to remember there was a "Hunters Pac" in the large frame guns or was that some other manufacturer? Didn't that come with two barrels and a scope? It was a long time ago and my memory ain't what it used to be.

Yes, DW made Pistol Pacs & Hunter Pacs. The Hunter Pacs normally had one barrel with a factory mounted scope (this shroud was not machined for a front sight), and one barrel with no scope & a standard front sight.
Regarding this 41 Pac, the shroud that the scope is mounted on has a front sight, so I do not believe this was a factory Hunter Pac, but a standard Pistol Pac that a previous owner mounted a scope on. Here is a photo of an old magazine ad for an example.
