Two choices: There are bigger DW Small Frame Walnut Grips out there, but most common Large grip for small frame is the Pachmayr Presentation....(which come in a Small and Large sizes) for Small Frames
OR
Hogue Big Butts....... "...I Like Butts and I cannot Lie....."
Custom orders have been running abt 5 weeks +/-
Add a week to have you DW Medallion installed....cost extra.
The frame of the LG frame Dan is thicker so a large frame grip would be a misfit. I have seen Grippers square hole drilled to accept a round tang but it is harder to make a round hole fit a square tang.. Some older target grips have wider bases that force your hand higher might work. Also, the original target grip called a. Michigan grip may work. Maybe someone can post a picture.

That is what I would like. Be nicer to have the bottom just below my pinky finger.

HKS #10 or #10A, depends if you like "wobble" or not.

They work particularly well IMO with the DW because of the front latching.
You pull the latch down with the left thumb, pop the cylinder into your left hand with the fingers, grab the speed-loader with the right. Insert & turn the release. Tye cylinder won't turn because you're holding it. Then drop the empty loader & grab the grip with the right & roll the cylinder in with the left thumb.
Its faster to do than describe!
