Not exactly. I don't own a .454 Casull, but I've shot a few of them. 
I also have been a cartridge collector since 1962, and have all of them in my collection...I would have guessed the .380 also. 
I will defer my cartridge, since I already own them to whomever you would like to.
There were some early .454's that used large primers, and I have a couple in my collection that used a primer bushing to allow a small rifle primer to fit in the large primer pocket.
Steve...you would have lost that bet. I have NO muzzleloaders.

I never got into the muzzleloaders. I admit they are fun to shoot, but when I go to the range, I like to SHOOT, not spend most of my time LOADING the gun. I guess that's what 24 years of silhouette shooting has done to me.

I agree that the muzzleloading routine does not allow as much shooting time, but we did get a Colt 1860 Replica to shoot 5-rounds at a time before loading. Just like Josey Wales
