I have made many dear friends on the forum. Most are Floridians I see as often as possible and talk to or text often daily. Others visit when in Florida or will in the future. When you get older you lose friends to death or disagreements. Without the new friends from the Forum my life would be very much poorer.It certainly helps that we share common interests. Snake-eye is touring the country in his motor home. Hugelk is morel hunting, Stinger is having a house built, and Mark Colt SAA is my go to source of all things firearms related. The man is a font of firearms knowledge. He knows EVERYTHING, almost. Those are just a few of my Buds. Kurt, next trip you take to Florida I expect to meet you!!!
My mom lives in Inverness. Next time I’m down there I wonder if we could coordinate a meet up 😂

On the Happy/Sad or Sad/Happy thread: Today was Bob's last day and is now retired. Also today, I get an email from Genny that my Model 740 that Bob overhauled also left from Dan Wesson today. Bob did say my 740 would be one of his last service overhauls before retirement.
I have decided that to honor Bob Collins, Dan Wesson's (now-retired) Master Revolver Smith, I will hereby refer to my 740 as "Bob"
Seems fitting. (When loaded I may refer to it as "Bob and the Remingtons")
