So, here we go-- My kids and I decided to head to the gun show this morning since I sold a gun last night. We manage to pull into the parking lot right at 9am as the doors are opening. As we are walking across the parking lot I spy a guy in line holding not one, but two PP cases 
... I am now sprinting across the parking lot to cut him off before he gets inside. As I approach him, I start the following conversation...
- Are you selling those?
* Yes
- How much?
* $400 each
- I'll take them !!!
* Don't you want to know what's inside?
- Nope, I already have an idea 😉
I ask to look inside the cases before I hand over the cash, so I open them up right there off to the side of the line to get in the show. What I see almost stops my heart... PP1 is a mint condition 15-2 with all the goodies included--2 second look, close the case and move on to PP2... WOW !!! a MINT 22 pack also complete....
I hand over the cash and give him my personal info...as we are talking he also tells me he has a 44 pack at the house, but he loves it, so he is going to keep it-- I give him my phone number anyway... 😉
So, I'm not even inside yet and I've dropped $800 on DW's--but I'm on cloud nine since I know it is 
... The show provides me with a few DW grips, but no other major purchases. The kids and I call it a day and head home for lunch.... I no sooner get home and the cell phone rings... It is the seller of the PP's-- he said he forgot he has some extra grips and sights for the DW's and I can swing by his place and pick them up..... And oh yea, by the way.... The wife said I should sell the 44 pack also, so you can have it for $500 🙂 "I'm on my way !!!"
So, it is a great start to 2010... here are a few quick pics of the score. A few key points -- the ad is a mini magazine in itself--a reprint of just the DW article--very cool. I'll get it scanned in for the forum. The 22 pack has low profile sights on all the barrels as well as the spare sights. And the 44 pack was an original 2 barrel set according to the foam cutout (somebody did a little cutting also)....
As you can see, when I said MINT...I meant MINT 🙂

Shoot - aka DWAS-GTDW Posterchild. You have rewritten the guidelines for with that day's events. That 44- pac has Zebra grips and a ported 6" barel as well. You could do part tha pack out case, barrel and grips and close to have the investment paid for, just a s a matter of justification, Like you needed it. A .22 Pack that looks that mint for $400.00!! This is hard to go on, buckles, extra grips, mint condition, complete packs, etc. It's the big one Elizabeth!! Should not have been reading this with a weak heart

The best part is I really didn't spend any money 🙂 I sold the GB shooter grade PP this week after I relisted it for $799, and then I sold the tune-up 15 gun for $425... So I'm only really out of pocket $75 cash (Now that is some DW math only we understand ) ...

That's definitely some good DW math.
I guess it may help if I actually wanted to get rid of any of my guns.
I was tempted to take my little Colt to the gun show this weekend, but changed my mind...I still like the Colt.
I decided first to see if I can get any bites on a little Honda CT70 that I've been pondering selling for a while. If that sells, it should fund a couple new guns.

Some people will go all their life and never find this kind of deal....big for sure!
I noticed in your first two pictures, the cloth liners have differing shades of yellow.

Well, day two at the gun show was pretty good--the only real purchase I made was a factory box of Rem 158 gr 357 Rem max bullets -- $20 (yep, a buck a bullet !)
I did see another 15-2 Pistol pack -- It was a beater and complete except for the buckle...$1000

I noticed that also when I lined up all 3 cases side by side-- all 3 have different shades, one is almost Acorn Squash in color (so the wife says...)
