Just thought I'd pass this along as many members here have dealt with Shawn at DW over the years. He was the parts/service rep but he reached out to me via Facebook messenger. Apparently his position was eliminated at DW.
So when it comes to ordering parts from DW you'll have to call as I don't have an email contact for who now handles parts/service. When I wanted a barrel assembly or various parts, I would just email Shawn and then he would give me the pricing/availability then call me to pay via CC over the phone. He made it really easy. Bummer he's no longer there.

Bob Collins (revolversmith at DW) just told me that if I need to order parts from them, email genny@cz-usa.com. Just passing that along to others here.

Genny did the parts before Shawn. I think she was promoted and then they hired Shawn. Genny is very knowledgeable and helpful. I am sorry that Shawn lost his job. He was pleasant to work with and did some magic several times for me. Like locating the absolute last 15" barrel tube...... for about $149 !!!!

Didn’t know that about Genny. I haven’t dealt with her before.
Ya Shawn was great. And holy crap that’s awesome you snagged a 15" barrel tube for $149!! How long ago was that? Did you just ask him if they had any left and then he searched for one?

Andrew, About two years ago I bought a very nice 15" shroud from a fellow that lost the tube.... Cheap. I gambled that I could get a tube. EWk had them in developement and I believe still is planning on making a few. But I took a shot that the factory might have one and Shawn came through. I totally lucked out.

That is awesome! Amazing they just had 15" barrels laying around.
