Looks like it would work pretty well, plus you'd gain that muchly desired Action Cup look. Sorta like two birds with one stone, eh? No idea who made it...
Looks like the comp/shroud is held on with the bottom screw. The top screw might be for easy front sight blade swaps? That screw hole looks a little low, though.

While it "looks" nifty.. I can't see how it would provide much function as a compensator. The open area is too large to create a downward force effect. I coud see adding a third part to close that off some.
Soap Box, Ballot Box, Ammo Box
