Most of the ads I see on eBay and Gunbroker are for cheap-o Uncle Mikes nylon type holsters.
Â
I dispise those one-size-fits-all (in other words fits-none-well) nylon crap holsters. I can't tell you how many times I've read someone complaining on a forum how they can't carry their such-and-such semi compact pistol and so they want a pocket .380 or some other tiny gun and can't understand how anyone can carry a decent sized pistol ... when the real problem is that they went cheap on the holster.
Â
Good molded leather (or if you must, Kydex) is the only way to go ... otherwise might as well pocket carry a derringer.

On a side note, I just opened the box with my new Simply Rugged Sourdough so expect a full review in the next day or so. .... yes, it'll have plenty of .

If you filter "revolver" you don't get 1911's (enough brassflinger hate).
I use the "-holster" as well, every now and again a holster sneaks in, but it's pretty rare

I went to a bookstore and asked the saleswoman "Were is the Self Help Section?" She said if she told me, it would defeat the purpose.

99% of the ads for holsters on GB and eBay are for generic "one sized fits many" crap holsters not worth wasting your time or money on.
Â
The sad truth is that if you want a decent holster you have to order them from a good holster maker and put up with the wait (unless you have a Glock or some super common piece in which case several of the larger, quality holster makers keep them in stock so there's less wait).

At any rate, your best bet for a DW revolver holster is http://www.simplyrugged.com
