I'm pretty pleased to share a DWF Update:
DWF has added a new Forum Moderator: Ron, also known as "rwsem". I hope Ron will stop by here to introduce himself and share more, but here's what he might not tell you:
"I'll finish out with the Army later this year at 30 years; 42 months deployed in combat and another 50 months overseas."

I went to a bookstore and asked the saleswoman "Were is the Self Help Section?" She said if she told me, it would defeat the purpose.

Thanks guys for the welcome and more importantly for accepting me as a Moderator; you should have checked with the Instpector General, though, first.
I am in a transition phase and truly looking forward to what comes next. With that transition I was offered the opportunity to give a bit of my time to what I believe is the best Forum on the 'net, and who wouldn't volunteer to help out when asked? That's how I ended up in the Army in the first place.
The best thing about the DWF is the sense of community. Bruce and I spoke earlier today- this is truly a 'niche' forum and that's what makes it so friendly. No arguing, no peeing on eachother's legs, no hurt feelings, just a group of folks who love the revolvers and 1911s that were produced by Dan Wesson.
Looking forward to being overworked and underpaid; seems normal to me.
