I would like to discuss the circumstances of an auction with out the world being able to see it. It's on GB and I did a little due diligence. There are things I am not used to wheeling dealing. Because this is all new to me.

Two possibilities:
1) The DWF Site Supporters Forum is a more private area on DWF. Site Supporters are folks who have made a donation to help maintain DWF, and there is a discussion area open only to Site Supporters.
2) Try a Personal Message (PM) to a member (Site Supporter?) who seems to be currently active and strikes you as someone who thinks a lot like you do about stuff
I went to a bookstore and asked the saleswoman "Were is the Self Help Section?" She said if she told me, it would defeat the purpose.

Well, there really isn't a private underground category per se. Site supporters have access to some supporters only areas including the lounge. Postings in those areas are seen by all supporters. You also have the option of sending a PM to another member.
To the paranoid people who check behind shower curtains for murderers:
