Hey All,
Just inherited a gun collection and one is a Dan Wesson. Not real familiar with the brand.
Its a .357 Stainless, (1970s?) with some scoring and oxidation marks on the barrel and frame. The barrel seems loose and I cannot find any sort of model number!? It's supposedly convertible to a .44 Mag? Again..sorry but cannot see any sort of model #? Just 'Dan Wesson Arms .357 Magnum CTG'
Here's the serial #132905
Look forward to getting her cleaned & tightened up and out for a shoot.
Thanks..
Welcome to the forum! Sounds like you probably have a model 715 which is a stainless 357 Magnum. This gun is not convertible to a different caliber but you can change the barrels out. You can order a barrel wrench from EWK Arms which will allow you to set the barrel gap and tighten it up!
