anyone know where to find a rubber grip 4 a large frame .357 with square tang. Houge sells one for the .357max with round tang, but need one with square tang. I believe the model is CT6. it has the changeable barrels. It was made in the early 80's. Any help appreciated.. thanks

thanks for the response. The only thing I really know about it that looking at it, it is a very large frame. Its bigger than any frame ive seen b4. But I am not an expert in revolvers. Like I said it is about 30 yrs old and it has a 2" and a 6" barrel. With adjustable sights. and it has 3 large wood grips that came with it. I bought a large frame Dan Wesson Houge Grip. but when I took off the wood grip that the tang was square and of course the cutout in the Houge grip is round. It looks like the right size but ofcourse it doesnt fit. Do u think its a small frame? and is that how u tell if its considerd a small frame if the tang is square? Cuz like I said it has a huge frame but maybe Dan Wesson considers it a small frame, I dont know.. BUt thatks for the welcome and hopefully I can find out which is the right grip for my revolver.. Thanks again.

The Dan Wesson small frame guns are a bit larger than some other manufacturer's idea of a small frame. The square grip tang definitely says that you have a small frame DW. A round tang is used on a large frame.
Here's a pic of a small frame (Model 15-2) .357, posted by Shootist in his trigger tune-up thread.
