I have been trying to find information on First Issue Stainless 357 Pistol Pack II's without much knowledge gained so far. I learned they came from the Norwich Facility just before CZ took over. I know that all the barrels are serialized to the frame and are marked First Issue, barrel sizes were 2-4-6-8", they came with door knob style barrel tool, they had a cleaning tool, grips were one laminate and one rubber, packs had a key chain, and they came with the basic paperwork.

I don't believe you will find the "official" information you are looking for .. all the records are sequestered with the ATF. Nothing is published and everything else is pure speculation. FWIW, I have a Norwich 414 First Issue PP II that is #17 and has a V10S barrel assembly.
