Hi everyone from a new member. For a replacement rear site try Kensight. Talk to Emily @ 404-691-1532. Have a micrometer handy, as she will have you measure & compare dimensions with her sight. It appears it will fit as a "drop-in" These sights run about $65. Also Jo Ann's Fabrics (whodathunkit) has a 16x22 magnetic work mat (grid on one side, plain on the other) for @ $20. Great for disassembly. I believe you can use a dry pen (erasable) to lay out parts and label them.

Thanks for sharing the info. I could use one of those mats - seems like every time I have one stripped apart I struggle to find at least one part!
