Here is part of my NYPD collection. Hope you enjoy!
To start here is a history of the Patrolman Badge's issued through the years 1845 to present day.
Lower row Left to Right 1889 Sgt badge, 1910ish to current issue Detective Badge, Policewoman's badge used until 1973
COLTS.....All my Colts have the letters from the archive.
Left Row - 1930 Police Positive 38spl, 1956 Marshal 38spl
Middle Row - 1896 New Police 32colt, 1920 Police Positive 38Colt, 1913 Colt 1908 380
Right Row - 1965 Official Police 38spl, Detective Special 38spl
1896 New Police
These were the correct year issue badges that would have been worn with these service weapons.
The 1913 on the detective badge is for the year the 1908 was issued.
The Smiths
Left Row - Pre Model 10, Model 10, Model 10-8
Right Row - Model 10-7 Highway Patrol, 640, NY-1
The Rugers
Service 6, Service Six, GPNY
Super rare pilot program semi autos.
Issued to very few officers on patrol before the NYPD went to semi auto's.
Top - Ruger P93DAO After pilot program this firearm was not authorized to carry (failed tests)
Bottom - Beretta 92D Double Action Only no safety. Issued only to NYPD ESU for less than a year (failed tests)
In time i will post the Rifles, Shotguns, Nightsticks and other goodies.....

Still searching for one.
I doubt the one i will eventually find will be NYPD, but at this point I will just be happy to get one.

Nice collection. You may want to try a PM to member David Abney. He has done some posts on his similar collection and I believe he may have the model you are looking for. Doubt you could talk him out of it, but y'all do have a similar interest.
