There were actually two 15-2's there over the last three weeks or so, a 6VH and an 8VH. If I needed a 15-2, I'd have bought either one even though to going rate is now $399 (yeah, I've been spoiled).
You should be able to stretch that holster to fit a VH, it might be worth a try, I think it's as close as you will come without getting a custom made holster.
I went to a bookstore and asked the saleswoman "Were is the Self Help Section?" She said if she told me, it would defeat the purpose.

I have had my 1911 boiling in water a couple times so I am no stranger to the stovetop. Thanks for the tip, Blacktop, I may end up using a kettle at some point. I missed the 8" gun and the 6" one that was there last week isnt the greatest. The one I saw was gone in a few days I think. It wasnt barney and was really tight. $399 like you said. For fun, I will post my .45.... soup
