As the topic states, I will be liquidating an entire collection of Suppressors and SBR's and they will be for sale in Florida only (this is due to the Tax stamp process).  There are approximately 12 suppressors  and 6 SBR's, all of which are new and unfired.  The ATF Tax stamp for the transfer for each item is $200, and the items cannot be shipped.  They would need to be picked up within the state of Florida.

If there is an interest in the collection I will post it in the "For Sale" forum with the details of each item.  It's a nice variety of NFA items that will make a good collection to those that have an interest.

Without going through all the trouble of all the details initially, would you just bullet-point list what suppressors and rifles you have please?

Stinger, PM will be inbound today.

Moderators - I wasn't sure if this bends the rules here...these items are a bit unique in that they cannot be for sale to an individual other than in the state of Florida and there is a detailed process that must follow.  It will take a lot of discussion to conduct a transaction.

Anyone else just please PM me.

Thank you.

As for the short barrel guns why not just take off the arm attachment and then it's legal to sell and ship? I don't know anything about suppressors but I see them selling short barrel ar-15 all over the place without the arm attachment making them legal to own, sell and ship without a tax stamp.

The AR-15's you are talking about are pistols.  If you put a stock or brace on it then it becomes a short barreled rifle and you must file a Form 1 as the manufacturer of the firearm and pay the tax stamp.

They are registered sbrs. You can take the stock off of it but it’s still legally an sbr with a stamp engraved on it

PM is best.  If you put a list in the for sale section, just put that caveat.  Then you can send the other party your phone number or the email which you wish to use.

You can request the ATF remove the gun off the NFA registry.

If I no longer want a short-barreled rifle (SBR) and I remove the “brace,” do I need to contact the NFA to un-register my SBR with an attached “stabilizing brace”? | Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (atf.gov)

If Shit hits the fan, ATF laws won't matter. I will use oil filters. Or a knife.

Thanks for the correction! I’m not into stamps and I had no idea it was so simple. It’s crazy how many hoops you have to jump through to legalize it, only to just remove parts and send an email or make a call to undo it all
