I'm considering go up as it's only about a 6 hour drive. If a few members are planning on attending I will certainly try to do it.

I dunno about going, I don't like Pittsburgh, though it would be really neat to go to the show itself!
One thing to throw out is perhaps having a exclusive rendezvous for DWF members here at my place! I imagine getting together at the convention would be quite challenging with the number of people there, plus you get the factory tour here! I'm real easy to get to from Pittsburgh.

I'd be flying in of course... ... My brother is currently living in Pittsburgh, so I could stay with him.
It will all come down to flight costs in the end...

These are the same promoters that put on the shows in my area and the big "Nation's Gun Show" up in Northern Virginia. I've touched base with my cousin this morning and he's checking his schedule to see if he can go. If he's in then I'll be there.
Just don't want to do a 6 hour trip alone...

I'll be there Sat or Sun, haven't decided yet. Headin' in from 80E and then down...maybe 28 or through Punxy. My schedule/plans are open as of yet.

Punxy !!! I still have relatives living there .... There is a pretty good gun shop down by Punxy.
If you guys give me a few firm "I'll be there", I'll start looking at plane tickets.

Looks like there is enough interest for a small DWF meeting .... I'll start pricing plane tickets--I'll probably do 7 days or something, since my Bro lives there.

Ok, I could buy a 715 with what it will cost me to fly.... ... I still plan on going, but I'll need to do some last minute ticket purchasing to fill empty seats.
Last time I bought the day before, I was able to do 17 days in PA round trip for $235

Just so we're clear, need to know if "there" and "it" is the NRA Convention or the rendezvous here at EWK. I know, should have started another thread. 
Right now it looks like its just Blacktop and me.

Okay guys, I have booked my hotel and rental car and will purchase tickets for the NRA Annual Meeting tomorrow (had to way until my member status was upgrade to Life Member!).
So hopefully over the next month or so we can nail down specifics such as who's coming, EWK Factory Tours, etc.
Should be fun!
