A man cannot have too many SuperMags

I continuously tease my wife that I'm going to take up watch collecting, as she tells me I spend too much on firearms
I was, in the past, big into motorcycles. Mostly newish Euro (BMW, Moto Guzzi, Ducati, MZ) and old/new British (Triumph, BSA, Norton) stuff. Got out of it when I realized how much money I was spending I still have a couple late model BMW bikes and a '72 Triumph Bonneville. The Bonne, 90% restored/cafe racer conversion, is sitting in the den, on display as a piece of art

I've been known to do something like that, too.
Until I contracted a stiff case of a couple years ago, Cars, trucks & bikes usually ate up any extra money I had. I've had a lot of cars, but none have been what I would consider good enough for a car show. Cars & bikes can definitely eat up a lot of a guy's extra money. One of these days, I'll get back into the game & finish my '70 Charger & '66 Ford truck. Until then, I'm having fun with my gun distraction.
Good looking bowties, SMF!

Thanks for the reminder...I could buy a couple DW's for what I owe in taxes this year.
Shoot, that little CT70 was sold to fund 7445 not long ago... I've pretty much run out of stuff to sell, to feed the 'ol Now I just need an extra job.

Mike- I'm with Charger Fan. What is that car?
I guess my other expensive hobbies are more mundane. I'm a grad student in special ed (and feel like I have been forever). I pay tuition and fees, buy textbooks; volunteer with a few kids over the summer and during the school year run a mentoring program for post-secondary students w/ SLDs/ASD. Anything left over goes to buy books to feed my 'satiable elephant's child, to address my DWAS, etc. Someday I'll have a life again . . . unless I get crazy and decide to go for a PhD.

I guess I will play along I just don't have any cool pics. I love to Bass fish (maybe I do a pic of the ole boat one day) but don't get to do that much lately as life gets in the way. Mostly I do Fire ,Rescue, EMS, Oh yea I do a little woodworking now and then.

Is that an El Camini?
I always used to describe it as looking like a mini pickup truck to folks who don't know.
It's a 1972 Lotus Europa Twin Cam. It is 43 inches high and weighs 1579 lbs.
It was designed by the same man who designed the Le Mans winning Ford GT40's.
The engine is a British Ford Cortina with twin overhead cams; about 125 HP.
Goes around corners faster than just about anything else that is street legal.

Cartridge collecting has been a hobby of mine since 1962. Over the years I have acquired a lot of different cartridges and boxes of ammo, from .10 cartridges up to 30mm. It can be relatively cheap, or you can get into some really high-dollar stuff, in the $1000's or more. Hate to think what I've spent over the years, but I am always looking at ammuniton auctions and cartridge shows. Currently I have over 45,000 rounds in the collection. A couple of my favorites:
