This seems like a pretty neat little tool. Check out this video.

That's pretty neat especially if you want to shoot precision. In the long run it looks like it might save you some money on match grade ammo. I use a bullet sizer on my .45 cal./500 gr. black powder Creedmore Match rifle. Having a bullet the right diameter really makes a difference esp shooting long range.

At the risk of offending a lot of users, I would never buy this tool. Pounding rimfire ammunition is not the way to go. Buy decent match ammo and shoot that. Those that think it helps have probably just had a better day of shooting conditions than any difference in how the ammo performs.
Unless you use wind flags, and are experienced reading them, and have a solid benchrest setup and technique, my take is you are wasting your time.
Go ahead, I have my Nomex flight suit on.

I need that guy to do a review for me-that video on youtube got 5,000 some views in 3 days!
I think I would be a bit freaked out pounding on that tool, on my workbench at least, I think there would be many improvised firing pins!
Its a neat idea, especially for the different points you can make…for accuracy dunno...there are some of us that like to play, if it was less than $100 I'd be tempted to order one.

I am the premiere gadget guy, and if I thought that I was shooting any of my guns up to their maximum ability, I'd do this. Every gun I own shoots better than I can shoot it, and regarding .22 lr especially, I'm with Dean. Find the right ammo for the gun, there is more readily available and relatively affordable ammunition for .22 lr than any other caliber. Get the shooter dialed in, get the right ammunition, then fix the ammunition if you must.
I went to a bookstore and asked the saleswoman "Were is the Self Help Section?" She said if she told me, it would defeat the purpose.
