Those targets are a good start. They are best used with an observer to watch for the behaviors.
The very best diagnostic tool I have ever used is to random load fired cases (with an auto use snap caps) and watch for yourself what happens when you drop the hammer on one that doesn't fire. NOTE: if you use this technique, remember your safety procedures regarding mis/hang fires. Please be safe!
I went to a bookstore and asked the saleswoman "Were is the Self Help Section?" She said if she told me, it would defeat the purpose.

I'm a flincher if there ever was one. Some days I can almost overcome it, if I'm totally concentrating...but I think what I need is to shoot more rounds per month. That will probably help with the 'ol flinch factor.
I'll have to print off some of those targets & see if I'm doing anything consistently bad, other than flinching.

Believe it or not, in addition to the "flinch drill" I posted above, the biggest thing that helps me it that I shoot a lot of .22lr (weekly 200-500, and virtually every week). The reason that it seems to help me is that I can focus on all the things I need to to shoot well, especially sight alingment, grip, trigger control, for extended periods of shooting. When I shoot larger calibers, those items are much more second nature, so I can concentrate more on controlling the larger caliber.
.22lr is pretty much my Flight Simulator

That is some excellent advice. I love the targets I have never seen them. I myself have found that if you don't have someone to spot you that videoing yourself with a tripod helps tremendously. I know it sounds silly but then you can see for yourself what your doing. I haven't personaly done this but I've helped some with set up and instructions. It helps some people to watch what they are doing for them selves and even better when you're both watching the video. Tip if your setting the camera up close to you at the firing line turn off the sound on the camera if your using a inexpensive camera.

those pistol diagnosis targets are a part of the Lee shooter program that you can buy at Midwayusa for $13.99. It has some other targets also & some other neat stuff that a reloader can make pretty good use of. It is my main reloading log system. I never could seem to write things in a three ring binder, but do very well entering my loads on my loading bench confuzer.
I have used the Lee program for over 4 years now and would recomend it highly.
It's simple with few extra frills to confuse an old fart like me...

No problem, I wasn't referring to my eyesight it's 20/10. I was referring to my shooting ability.

Oh in that case I have contacted a friend of my sister-in-law and she said that she would give me the family discount on an order for you and I. So just how big are we talking that we might need.
