PROBLEMS AT CZ-USA AND REPLACEMENT BARRELS NOT COMING BACK?

I noticed an order I had placed at CZ-USA was not being shipped. I started calling customer service last week every time I called the wait time quoted was an hour or more. I planned to call again the second they opened today and was quoted 27 minutes and I decided to wait. It kept saying 27 minutes even though it had been 10 minutes. Then it said 13 minutes. Anyway all of a sudden someone answered it took a total of 37 minutes. Nice gut said they were having lots of problems with orders and shipping did not quite say why but then something about being under staffed. He never really gave me an answer about when my order would be shipped. I have another order I had placed 4/22 it has never shipped either. at the end I asked him about out of stock barrels being in stock and he said he was told they would not be making any more Dan Wesson revolver parts and as the stock runs out that would be it. Then he also said they were told that 6 months ago and some items had come back in stock. I also dent Genny a message she never replied about 10 inch barrels coming back in stock but I had talked to her 2 weeks before and she had no more 10 inch barrels in 357 magnum. Not sure what's going on over there it may be that the barrel train is coming to an end. We shall see! I always have been able to get 10 inch barrels thru Genny but seems no more!

There’s no reason for them to keep making barrels for a gun they don’t make anymore.

The rumor mill seems to have been working overtime in regards to Dan Wesson. Nothing has been verified that I heard, and I certainly would not take the word of a Parts Manager/Clerk in KC as gospel.

The lack of recent news or the release of the 2024 Heirloom certainly invites speculation.

There have been many changes since June 01, 2020.   As of March 2024 it was business as usual per Genny.   But, business changes daily. 

I don't like what I am hearing either.   But if it has not been verified, don't take it to be fact.  Just because you saw it on the internet doesn't make it true. lol

It seems my parts collection has just appreciated. They have been out of many blue parts for a long time now.

I placed an order at the CZ Webstore 4/5/24 and the status is still pending.  I emailed several times to 2 or 3 different addresses they list, but no responses.  Not one.  I called several times, same 1 hour wait time.  Finally one day I got thru and was told they are short staffed, but my order is going to ship eventually.  

The Dan Wesson FB group is filled with people complaining about CZ customer service.  Many people have been waiting up to 8 months for their brand new semi-auto pistols to be fixed and returned.  One person posted when CZ acquired Colt the Colt management team took over running CZ & Dan Wesson and they don’t care about CZ or DW.  Take that internet info for whatever it’s worth.  Not sure, but I have firsthand experience with slow service from CZ/DW.  But, that’s only been a recent thing.  I’ve always had good experience in the past.

I emailed Genny again yesterday and no response. Genny always gets right back to me so that's also really strange. So that's twice I emailed her in 2 weeks with no response. I did talk to her (message) 4 weeks ago and she helped me with my other order that was pending and I got the last 10 inch SS barrel she said. Wondering if they moved her or something worse. As far as jumping to conclusions I think there is enough info here to spell that! not talking about rumors but the facts. Orders not being shipped and one hour waits are facts not rumors. I have called customer service many times over the last year and never waited more than 10 minutes. CZ is not doing their company any favors by this as many people still buy brand new Dan Wesson 911's from them. Makes you wonder if they're going to do away with Dan Wessons all together. If they don't want to deal with Dan Wessons I wish they would just sell it to someone who cares. That would be something a new Dan Wesson owner who would bring back revolvers. We can wish!

Thanks for posting this, OP. I got an email confirmation of my order of a 4" 15-2 barrel and order number on 4/24/24. Email stated I would get tracking when it shipped. Crickets since even after I sent two emails that went unanswered. Good to know it's not just me left scratching my head. I'm waiting to see if my credit card was charged but don't expect it was. Maybe CZ got tired of people buying barrels to sell on ebay for jacked up prices. There's a 2.5" CZ barrel on ebay right now for $450.

Well.. I will find out personally soon enough.   I put the order in 05/22, Wednesday pm.   Credit Card was charged 05/23, Thursday a.m.   Authorization shows a manual entry.   I have an Order#.   So, I assume Genny put the order through?  

Maybe the Christmas Card and the DWF Calendar got me back on her good graces?

If you're talking about this thing they send out right after you place an order it's just a check to make sure your card number is good. It's not actually them charging your account. I thought the same thing but when I talked to the guy he told me this. sure enough I checked my card online and nothing was charged. Did you get an email response from Genny? I still have heard nothing back from her two separate emails I sent. Pic #2 is what they send you right after you place an order but it's not a charge. My order from 4/5/24 has not hit my credit card yet.  I think the charge will hit when it gets shipped.

It looks like that.   But, what caught eye was the credit card input was listed as "manual entry".  And since I leave cc information on her vmail, I am assuming she entered the order.

That's exactly what I received 4/24 as well as another email with confirmation number. Three emails from me went unanswered over a period of weeks. It'll be interesting when we finally find out why. No way to run a business in any case.

A heartbeat at CZ! first, Genny is back! She was gone for 2 weeks and said she has no idea if and when they will restock 10 inch barrels. THen I got a email from CZ about my order. Only thing is they only are shipping part of it I do not know what happened to the rest of my order! It Lives!
