Today they have the 4 blued VHs in 2.5" through 8". I picked up my 4, 6, and 8 last summer and was told the same thing about the 10s, once they're gone, they're gone. But Genny sent the price list for all 5 BAs and barrels alone back then and told me they could make whatever they didn't have in stock, so the machines, tooling, etc. are still there and could be set up to produce more BAs.  

The only way they would reverse course and produce a final run of 10s, or all of them, it's relatively simple to change the setup to make different lengths, is if there was an overwhelming demand for them, enough to make a fat profit. But even if that materialized, that's a long shot, a very long one. I think a hard decision was made before the turnover. It would've been nice to have a couple of 10s to make 4 BA sets.

Though I don't want a couple of 2.5s, I going to get them before they're gone, just to have the traditional sizes in each of my 2 sets. I haven't decided which grandkid is getting what, but they should appreciate that. *grins*
