What do you guys think about DW parts interchangeability...? Can I take my super polished internals from my project gun and slip them inside a mint condition 15-2 frame with no problems...?
I'm thinking since these were assembly line guns, and I'm doing a complete internal swap, it should be fine.
My project gun feels so smooth compared to a stock 15-2....

The way I understand it, some parts are fitted to each frame from the factory. Those parts would be unique to each gun, but I imagine the rest would swap over without much problem.
Give it a shot & let us know what you find.

Charger Fan is right on this. Check the timing and cylinder lock up carefully, as cylinder stops are fitted I know for sure.
