Okay I know they dont make a .22 barrel combo for the 15-2. So is it possible to take a DW .22 barrel that is longer then you need and have it machined down and re threaded to fit the 15-2? Would the cylinder bolt up right?

Nope, couple of issues... Firing pin it off-center for rimfire -- stops you cold right there.

Easier to go buy a DW22 🙂

I went to a bookstore and asked the saleswoman "Were is the Self Help Section?" She said if she told me, it would defeat the purpose.

Steve CT said:Are you trying to make a "switch caliber", .22/.357?

That's what I'm wondering, too. If so, it would be more reasonable to make a centerfire switch caliber gun...maybe .32 Mag & .357?

Lots of technical issues to overcome doing this in a DW, and one real big safety/liability reason: .22 barrel accidentally left in place with a .357 headed downrange.

I went to a bookstore and asked the saleswoman "Were is the Self Help Section?" She said if she told me, it would defeat the purpose.
