Hmmm? I don't see those on either my Windows pc or my wife's iPad (when she lets me touch it.) even if the battery is low. (The smiley's don't work on my iPad but other than that it is the same as the Mac.)
The answer I hate, try rebooting your computer. If that doesn't work, try a different browser. I've noticed some websites don't like Google Chrome.

It looks like you need Tec-support if its not your battery. You can check YouTube for error messages. Red flags usually means error. Good luck.

I don't received the error on Windows 7 or Ubuntu.

Don't know what it was I had tried re booting that didn't work. It was only this page it was doing it on. Logged into today and they are gone. Not sure what it was.

Using Chrome now with no problems. Same with Firefox. XP Home on a P3 Dell here. Kind of like me- it's old but it works well!
