I'm hoping if we come up with a DWF logo, we can have it engraved on any shroud by CZ/DW, with approval from Site Admin. I also hope we can work a group discount, but it looks like CZ/DW may be getting too big for specialized service. I think the people involved (Keith, Genny, Priscilla) want to work with with us, but the lure of $1000+ 1911's may be too much for CZ.

I went to a bookstore and asked the saleswoman "Were is the Self Help Section?" She said if she told me, it would defeat the purpose.

Custom DW revolver, I'm in. Don't know how I would pay for it but I'd figure that out somehow. May I suggest the large frame 360 DW. That's one I need for the collection.

+1 on the large frame - smaller caliber. 360 or 38 would interest me.

... not so much on the shroud order as my current iron doesn't need one. lol2

Now that's a very cool idea!  That way if we're able to get them to do it, it would be for something we couldn't get off the used market.

Never before produced?  How about, in keeping with the trend, a .505 SuperMag complete PP kit with VH10S, VH8S, VH6, VH4.

Drool

Gates had one more caliber in mind for the SuperMag series.  I believe it was .610. Drool That would pretty much make DW king of the hill for large caliber revolvers, wouldn't it?

I don't know if I could handle more than the .445!

The .320 SuperMag we were discussing a few days ago might be better for me. Embarassed

It would be nice though to have something larger than what that other Wesson company is putting out. Cool

That's another good idea.  Although I'd make it a Federal .327 mag and then a SuperMag to match.

The 610 would have to go to a 5-shot and Super Sized frame likely?

Who wants to shoot it?

I agree that the .610 would have to be a 5-shot.  For safety, maybe the .505 would too.  However, I really think the SM frame would handle them both.  Remember, FA has a couple of .50's on their Model 83 frame, and that's a lot smaller than a DW SM.

When I read this post this morning I was thinking along the lines of a .475 Linebaugh/ .480 Ruger.

.610...hum.  Don't know where the $ would come from to buy such a toy.
