Jest watched shot show 2014 on shooting USA. Already in love with you're grips all my pistols and revolvers wear one and am almost to the point I won't buy a new gun if you don't make a grip for it.
So they did a spot on the new 1911 laser grip and I would love to see one for Dan Wesson small and large frame as would many of the people on the Dan Wesson forum. Please consider expanding the line as there are almost no modern mods for DW's out there ie. tritium sights or fiber optick sights a laser grip would bring new life to an old classic.
Thank you for you're time and consideration.
i posted this copy of an email to hogue almost immediately after watching shooting USA And would appreciate any help in persuadeing hogue to expand the line to include are beloved DW I carry my 15-2 an .44 regular and a laser would be the bees knees IMHO.

From hogue; Thank you for taking the time to contact Hogue. One thing that we really enjoy is that customers are satisfied with our product and always appreciate good feedback thank you for that. Also we do offer Dan Wesson grips for the small & Large frame revolvers and have been for quite some time now. Link below will show you what we can offer you.
My response ; Thank you i Owen several both large and small frame my question is this I might be mistaken however I'm almost positive shooting USA reported from SHOT show you are going to move into some laser grips for 1911's and I am wondering if this is true might you also make some for Dan Wesson.
Hogue; That is something that I was not aware of but I did just speak to my manager and yes it is true we are currently working on the 1911 grips with laser but we still do not have an (eta) exact time of arrival. This is fairly new thing that we are doing so maybe more towards the future we might start doing it for revolvers as well. I would suggest just keep on checking with us and if we do ever offer it to our customers you will be able to see it on our website.

from what I've gathered most here don't like hogue rubber grips for various reasons. I however carry 2 of my DW regular and love the grips as they are not over priced and I don't care what happens to them. Now if my zebra wood grips got messed up or my custom grips I might mind

I have a Hogue for my 74, for hot days at the range or hunting, that I'm fine with and a buddy has a Hogue on his 14-2. I think the thing is most of us prefer the Pachmyar.
