Thought you all might enjoy some reading on Sunday. I hope the links work from there.
The links below go to three articles written by Neil Shea that feature, at least in part, TF Slugger and/or FOB Airborne. The last two are very nice pieces on Blackfoot, particularly Blue Platoon.
This one about the DBIED features the TOC crew, though the editors screwed up and removed the introductions, so it just awkwardly refers to a few Soldiers by last name in quote attribution:

For those interested, I've sort of kept up with Bravo Troop, 3/89 for the past year on Facebook
I went to a bookstore and asked the saleswoman "Were is the Self Help Section?" She said if she told me, it would defeat the purpose.
