For those with more than a year on DWF, I apologize, but I have to do this every year

Two days to go until the Woodward Dream Cruise

http://www.woodwarddreamcruise.com/

"Today, the Woodward Dream Cruise is the world’s largest one-day automotive event, drawing 1.5 million people and 40,000 classic cars each year from around the globe—from as far away as New Zealand, Australia, Japan and the former Soviet Union. North American cruisers from California, Georgia, Canada and all points in between caravan to Metro Detroit to participate in what has become, for many, an annual rite of summer."

Got this years T shirt on today

Cruising Woodward, Summer of '69

Life just does not get much better, and how did I suddenly get THIS old?

I went to a bookstore and asked the saleswoman "Were is the Self Help Section?" She said if she told me, it would defeat the purpose.

Yeppers!

Cruisin' Woodward, Drag racing on Gratiot. The quarter mile was on Huber between St. Cyril and Mt. Elliott next to the ChryslerPlant.

Then party at Balduck Park, Foot of Alter Road and of course Belle Isle.

East Sider.

You attending Steve? If so where's your favorite parking spot?

Endeavor to persevere,
Press on regardless.
Need little, want less, love more.

Nope, too far away. If I was there it would be somewhere around Beverly Hills, I have a neice that lives there.

12 Mile to Square Lake, and back. The endless circuit. And gas only cost about $.23/gallon.

I went to a bookstore and asked the saleswoman "Were is the Self Help Section?" She said if she told me, it would defeat the purpose.
