I have read your comments and I really have to agree with all " I know some would say greed but no it's that I spent about the same for it and didn't plan on selling this one because I really like this piece always wanted one it's better then my last by far.
Don't really want to sell but if I do I don't want to feel twice as bad for selling I real don't like throwing money out the window but seeing all the views made it worth a smile I have other guns that get me the money I need but that ok.
EDIT: This is a worthwhile discussion about an interesting Dan Wesson revolver. The Topic title has been edited to remove "For Sale", so that it can remain in General Discussion-Steve

Rice,
I looked at your pics on the GB ad, that is a very nice looking AGS, a rare gun indeed. Perhaps if it doesnt bring the price you want, you will decide to keep it and hang around here for a while

I like talking to you guys better then my barber he guaranty's my hair to grow back
everytime I get out of the chair ,don't know how he does it but it works"You know sometimes you can think of the right way to put something in to words but it seems it's alway after the fact like when I try to mention on the GUNBROKER about talking to people on Dan Wesson Forum" I wanted to put it something like this /that the books that have price guides for buying and selling I don't think the people who wrote thou's books ever shot or owned a Dan Wesson revolver that is what I really wanted to convey about the apples and oranges comparison and the books can't say what the dollor worth is as for the economy if the price of gold goes up were does the price of your gun ? I would say up "before the gold goes up again

The .445 AGS is a gun that a shooter needs to understand and want. There are not a lot of shooters that understand this gun. A very simple example:
My son carries his .445 (pre-AGS) SM when he camps and backpacks in the Everglades. He reloads aggressively for it and understands that a good shooter can carry this gun as a personal defense weapon in that environment.
Not a lot of potential buyers out there get this.
I went to a bookstore and asked the saleswoman "Were is the Self Help Section?" She said if she told me, it would defeat the purpose.
