So back in April (on easter morning), I saw a Winchester 94 30-30 on craigslist for a good price... I didn't want it or need it, but the price was right. So, I went and picked it up....
A few weeks back I decided to put it up for sale/trade and see what I could get for it--asking price $350....
I get a call from a guy wanting to trade a Charter Arms Bulldog Pug 44 special --brand new...
Of course this is a no brainer trade, so now I own a nice 44 special....that I will never shoot... So, I put it up for sale / trade...
Today I get a text asking if I would be interested in trading the 44 for a Dan wesson 357 .... You see where this is going...
So I get home from work, call the guy and we meet at WAL-MART ... and I walk away with this...
And the best part is....
Initial investment on the 30-30-- $125

That's great!
Shoot, you remind me of a guy I used to know. He bought, traded & sold cars just for fun. There were a couple times that the DMV told him he needed to get a dealer's license, due to the amount of cars involved...I told him that they were probably merely tired of trying to keep track of the title paper trail.

Sounds fishy to me...guy sells guns on craigslist for bout a third what its worth ? Also craigslist has anti selling gun policy. Seller could have easley got $300 from dealer...hope someone isnt missing a 30/30...otherwise, good dealin man.
You wouldn't believe how many guns are on Craigslist--you just have to call quick before they get flagged.
