Still wanting those large frame Zebra grips for less than a car payment like the ones on Ebay sell for. a 2" 357 V barrel in blue, nice condition. Not the Heavy.

Like the one that just went for $150+? I went in first on that one at $75 (autobid). Someone was watching, didn't bid, and sniped it at the last minute

I set my limit for the Square tang set I did get, higher than the last time I went for one, and made it at just under my max

Good Morning Guys,
This is the biggest show in the state. It starts on Friday and goes through Sunday. May uncle and I are driving up to Chantilly (Northern Virginia) which is right outside of DC.
I've got the list of folks wants and if I find anything on the list I'll let you guys know.

Good Evening Guys,
The first day of the show was less than fruit full actually a little disappointing. I found a guy with 3 standard shrouds for the model 15 (2, 4, 6) and that's it! I did not see the first DW revolver or 1911 for that matter.
Hopefully tomorrow will be better.

I went to the gun show in Greenville SC today...( Saturday the 25th ). Had the ammo I wanted at Georgia Arms..
got a set of .223 RCBS dies for 20 bucks.
and they had 2 model 15-2.. $525 and $575... in good shape.. not perfect.. too high..
They also had a 1911 their for $575... It was perfect.. I loaned the guy that was looking at it my bore scope to see it better.... we talked about it and both agreed they usually sell up in the $700 ranges..I think he was going to get it.. I must admit, if I was in the market for a .45 that would have done it.. it was pretty.. not like revolvers.. but pretty.. hahahaha.
BTW.. a couple of the ammo venders we saying that this ammo crunch should start to ease up in a couple of months or so..we hope !!
Jody.. if they have a .22 LR or Mag.. for under or near $300...
grab it for me.. !!!

Well Day 2 wasn't much better than Day 1. 
I did find a model 15V8 as I was getting ready to leave for $375 but it has a fair amount of bluing loss on the end of the shroud. If it had been in better condition I might have picked it up since I need a V8 shroud to go with my 2, 4, and 6.
I did see a used CBOB for $799 in 10MM but it didn't have the box.
Hopefully I'll have better luck next time!

Sounds like your show wasn't much better than mine. Did you grab anything non-DW?

Thanks for being the eyes for many of us at the show. I have found shows to be very hit and miss with DW items. Maybe many of those sellers have figured out GB is working good right now and do not table many DW items?

I actually didn't buy the first thing at the show. My uncle did pick up one of the new Ruger SR9's for $339 NIB. Most dealers had those between $429 and $499 so at least one of us got something.
Well the dealer I go to most doesn't put anything on the internet which I'm very thankful for!
