Anything worth doing is worth doing well.

If a man designed it, and a man built it, then a man can fix it.

Man, that's better than an LCP.  Or an American Express Card. Don't leave home without it. Hate to live in the neighborhood  where you need that to walk the dog though.

They made an nearly identical firearm on an episode of Redjacket a fee years ago, I remember thinking, would that be classifieds as open carry? Or concealed?

I remember that one!  I believe it was just a prototype and was never actually produced for sale.  Super Joe Cool though!

When I was a young boy back in the 60's, I received from Santa Clause a toy gun called the Agent Zero M Transistor Radio Gun. It worked the same way. It looked just like a Radio of the day but when you pressed a button on the carry handle it unfolded into a carbine/sub machine gun just like this thing. I saw the episode of Sons of Guns when they made their version and I thought of that old toy. You can see it on You Tube. A very young Kurt Russell is in the commercial. Just look for Agent Zero M. Makes me wonder if they got their idea from it.
