I have two Dan Wesson revolvers.  However, including those on the guns themselves, I have 10 grips.  Two are factory wooden ones, the rest are an assortment of Pachmayr grips.

Despite my stockpile of grips, I caught myself bidding on one on ebaY.

Why?

This happens, as we know it here on the forum, it will take over your storage areas. Called dwas, only few have found a cure!   Most of the time it happens with Dan's from just one more DW to dang I gotta have that pac!

Show us those grips!!!

Dude, I have the same problem. For me grips just seem to accumulate for no valid reason. One factor, I think is that there are so many different interesting variations that show up.

Welcome to the forum!  All my pistols have grips of course. I have about 12 or more wooden grips on top of that. I don't think you can have to many grips, especially if its L.B. grips. I have a watch geek friend that has 13 wedding bands to match the different types of watches he wears. You need that special grip depending on what you're wearing that day, you know. wink

I recently gave away an original DW grip to a friend on another Forum. His had the Pachy Presentation, his dad seems to have lost the original.

Only DW Zebras or LB's for me, and eventually it will be LB's only.

I went to a bookstore and asked the saleswoman "Were is the Self Help Section?" She said if she told me, it would defeat the purpose.

You never have to many different grips,I like grippers for shooting and LB'S for looks, don't think to much of zebra's or factory grips but have quite a few.LB'S are the best.

Something else occurred to me.  I have Pachmayrs with and without the medallion, the ones with the medallion coming after the company changed hands.  I much prefer the older ones, it's something intangible but I think that they are a bit nicer.

I don't think it is possible to have too many grips laugh.  There would always be room for another set of LB's for sure!  I actually Prefer LB's and Zebras myself.  I do not like the Pacmeyer Grippers at all.

I agree, there's no such thing as too many grips.laugh Here's most of my small frame extras. There's probably 10 more styles I wouldn't mind finding.
