My apologies in advance for the rant but I gotta get this off my chest.
Is it just me or is the USPS really going downhill?
It seems like the last 3 times I have sent a USPS money order somewhere, it took forever to get there. I make it a habit to send MO's Priority Mail, but never again.
I sent the guy a payment for the 7445 last Wednesday around noon at the main USPS depot. Payed a ridiculous fee of $5.80 for Priority Mail for it to take 6 days to get from Texas to Colorado. WTF? I'd bet money it would have made it by last Saturday if I had just thrown a $.42 stamp on the thing.
I was hoping to get the firearm this week. Thanks USPS, it ain't gonna happen now.

We have the same problem here...pay for priority shipping, it takes up to 11 days. We don't pay that anymore.

Just wait and see how the auto & banking industries run, after they start being really manhandled by our swell government.
Anyhoo, that does suck that they haven't gotten it there sooner for you...I may very well be in the same boat. I hope they don't take their sweet friggin' time getting my payment to my seller, too.
