Dale Adams (Tigger) has lost his long fight with cancer yesterday, January 1st.
Here's a note his wife Linda posted on Specialty Pistols...
My heart is breaking as I post this.
I would call you all but,
my heart is so sad. Dale peacefully went to the Lord today at 5:20 PM
surrounded by myself, my sister, Dale's sister, and his mother. It was
so sad to say good bye but, honestly He is no longer suffering and is
breathing freely now. I will miss him so terribly much as will our
children. Thank you to all of you for all your prayers and support.It was quick and very calm and peaceful. Please know that he wanted to go. He was tired weak and ready.

So sad to hear that; Dale put the notion into my head about collecting DWs in the first place. Prayers to his family .

While this has been a heartbreaking experience for Dale and his Family, his release into the arms of the Lord is clearly a relief for his Family.
I went to a bookstore and asked the saleswoman "Were is the Self Help Section?" She said if she told me, it would defeat the purpose.

Dale has been a long time friend and will be missed. When I first began "collecting" Dan Wessons and searching out the various information that was so hard to locate prior to DWF, Dale came to my rescue before I had ever found the DWF. Dale would go out of his way to help out a person. To all interested there are several benefit auctions for Dale's family running right now, on over at Specialty Pistols.
Let's all hold up Linda and the family in prayers.

Rest in peace Dale, your family is in my prayers! May his posts live on in his memory here on the DWF…I can't think of a more fitting memorial/legacy than when we look back through old posts and see Tigger's postings…

I've known Dale for 6 years and got to meet and shoot with him at my range. A truly fine man, he was always helpful to everyone. He is in peace now, and some day, we will shoot again. Prayers for Linda and the kids.
