When I look at the first two photo's the large frame look's shaped different but
it's not as you can see in pic three with the glare. The wood has a 3-D effect
with changes in shade and grain as it is turned in the light.
These are California Claro walnut, took me about a week to find the right thickness
and moisture content. I learned alot about wood during the process.
Wait…wait a minute …..there is something else at the bottom of the box
……OH my !

Rain......I saw the droplets in one of the first few pics and thought it was drool! and was afraid it was from me, didn't think it goes through the keyboard to net....but I am in Pa.
Rain, ok. I'm fine.

Wait a minute...is it legal to have a California wood being used as a gun grip?
The wood on the last one came from PA. It's a fancy black walnut. like the old saying
"you'll have to pry it from my cold dead hands"

Don't think I could say it any better than Charger just did but I would like to add
A BIG BIG Thank You ! To LB
Now I will need to find a one of a kind DW Wesson worthy of this grip !
