Ok... What is COTEP and how do I join?
P.s. Thank you guy's for all the advice so far.. I have a Pointman 7 being held hostage for another few weeks and a CBOB for another couple months, looking forward to both:)

Frankly, I visit there rarely. It's very "chatty". I have seen some very informative and entertaining stuff there, and I have met with and shot with several guys there that are top notch people.
There is a strong element of "tinfoil hat" mentality, and I have distanced myself from there based on a lot of ethnic profiling which I have presented to the Admin and Moderators.

I went to a bookstore and asked the saleswoman "Were is the Self Help Section?" She said if she told me, it would defeat the purpose.

looks like California has more than 1 gun owner.
I hope to find and share DW info and perhaps find a cure to my 1911 addiction.

Nice to know I not alone here in California
did you guy's here about the California CCW? I guess were going to be a "shall issue" state instead of a "may issue" state.
Anti's are probably crapping their drawers
P.S. I am rescuing my Pointman 7 on Tuesday, He's a prisoner now but I have negotiated his release
