Hello to All:

I am new to the Forum.  However I have quite a few (seven) Dan Wesson 1911's (Valor, Valor Bobtail, Commander Bobtail Pointman (CBOB), Pointman Major, Pointman Aussie and Marksman).

I also own two Dan Wesson revolvers.... a real nice 15-2V .357 Pistol Pac with 4 barrels and an Action Cup in .38 Special.

I reload all of my ammo on any one of three Star Universal reloaders and cast my own bullets in my collection of Hensley & Gibbs molds.

I have been shooting since 1973 in Bullseye pistol and Modern Benchrest rifle.

I hope to learn more about the revolvers here on the Forum.

Thanks and Happy Holidays!

Welcome to the forum!

Sounds like you have some nice 1911's and revolvers.  I had a CBOB and loved it but the Directv guy stole it from my house!

We would love to see some pictures!

We have a few members from CT so you should feel right at home.

Wisdom is merely the realization of how little one knows, therefore I am wise.

Another 1911 guy on DWF! I have a PM-1S, and a bunch of (but not enough) revolvers.

Help out with "Sunny Southern CT". I'm in Middletown, Rich (mox-ct) is in Salem, and I actually have a bunch of unused vacation time to use up, so maybe we can actually meet up for a range day.

Let's talk (and I've been promising Rich for almost a year) about getting together.

Steve

I went to a bookstore and asked the saleswoman "Were is the Self Help Section?" She said if she told me, it would defeat the purpose.

Yes, good idea.  I'm on vacation until the day before Christmas.  Right now I'm chasing Whitetail deer in Connecticut with my muzzleloader.  Man, it was cooooold yesterday.

Welcome from East Tennessee, hang around, this is a great place to learn about DW revolvers, sounds like you have a great collection of 45 autos that everybody wants to see. Also maybe you can teach some of us about reloading. I have wanted to learn how, helps help keep cost lower.
