No idea on anyone who would make a stock for that, with the barrel at 16" you are good to go for legal reasons I think.
Maybe contact LB grips or a local carpenter. Can't hurt to ask

Why don't you just pick up a used or surplus stock somewhere, and have someone locally that's good with woodworking modify it like this.....

the timestamp on that picture is over ten years ago, even then turning a .357 Magnum revolver into a rifle did not make much sense, how does it make sense now

So who wants to "snuggle" up with a .002 inch revolver cylinder> barrel gap anywhere close to their right eye to enjoy the privilege of shooting a fairly hot revolver round in a rifle?
Buy a .357 Mag lever action rifle and have way more fun, IMO. Spend the leftover money on ammo
