I've lived all my life in the Peoples Republic of California and am now looking to relocate to another Western State with good hunting where you don't encounter another REI clad hiker on the trail every 5 minutes and where the 2nd ammendment is not spit on. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Im looking to be in the country but my wife has some medical issues that require us being in driving distance from a quality med. Center

Welcome from Washington!!
I can say that in our state the 2A is pretty well reviled and there are current efforts underway to bring us “up” to the California “standard”... if you have to be in a coastal state I would say to look around very southern Washington from Washougal area east.
A better option would be Missoula Montana. They have all your requirements in abundance.
Happy shootin!
Blessed is he, whom when confronted with death, thinks only of his front sight...

I wish you well in your search for a place to be. All I wish to ask of you that you don’t do what so many Californians do when they flee their failing state; they vote for the policies and the politicians to make their new residence just like California.
We're starting to see that effect in TX.
To the paranoid people who check behind shower curtains for murderers:
if you find one...what's your plan?

Welcome
I live pretty smack in the center of the Country. Lived in CA for a while about 30 years ago. Was insane enough then. I can imagine now.
Though it is great here in Nebraska for 2nd Amendment, safety of your Family and such, low crime rates, other than if you live in Omaha/Lincoln. Fairly low living expenses too. Winters are Brutal though. Love it here for about 7 or 8 months a year however...
You are just not going to find anything much better than CA way out on the left coast.. Move anywhere in or close to a Big City also. And you might as well stay put anyway.
