Hello All
just wanted to introduce myself. My name is Bob, i live in the deep south and i have just returned back to the states after living in Europe for nearly 30 years. Before i moved to Europe, i stored all of my firearms with a family member. Now that i have returned id like to research a few of my guns to get an estimated value for possible sale.
i have a Dan Wesson .357 magnum which believe is a model 15. It’s in good shape. The serial number is 2349xx. Thanks for any help

Guns have gone up over the last few years, so I am going to let the more knowledgeable members give you some numbers. A better description and pictures would help with them making an honest appraisal.

What do you have with the pistol? Original box, barrel tool, extra barrel assemblies, extra sights, etc? These would all add to its value.

Welcome back! You will get many valuations all over the place. Wholesale a dealer will give you $300-350. Retail depends on condition, box, papers, etc;
I would suggest what many of us do. Compile a spreadsheet on similar DW guns on GB, GI, and other online sale sites, and track their selling prices for 30 days. Many listings on the higher end never sell.
That being said. The market sometimes spikes, and of rare occasions it crashes when seller lists 10-20 DWs all at once.

It is a model 15-2, not to be confused with the earlier porkchop model 15. Assuming very good condition it could be worth about $600. More with box and tool. Less with cosmetic issues.
