New member to the forum. I have a Dan Wesson Mod 15 porkchop. Great revolver, got it new in 1974, have run a bunch of handloads thru it back in the day. It sat for 20 yrs unused and recently I got it out to use. Back in love again. It needs some work but still shoots well. Issue is with the barrel nut, stripped out and needs replacement. This site has me given options to take care of that. Also looking for another Dan Wesson to buy, interested in a pistol pac. Looking forward to spending some time here.

Welcome to the Forum, and thanks for the Serial Number info, I'll include it in the next update.
If you're interested in a Porkchop Pack, a local shop was sitting on 2 of them (at about $750 as I recall) for a very long time. I'll be passing by there tomorrow actually, I'll check to see if they're still there.
I went to a bookstore and asked the saleswoman "Were is the Self Help Section?" She said if she told me, it would defeat the purpose.
