Hello guys, new to forum. I'm a collision repair shop owner and part owner in our family retail gun shop. My dad started the gunshop in 1976 and the body shop in 1977. I'm an avid gun collector, shooter, fisherman, and hunter When my dad passed he left me with several very nice wheel guns, including several DW's. One I believe is a 15-2 that must of been a custom order due the SN being his initials. I recently repurchased his 7414 and 7445 from the buyers widow and hope to buy back the matching 357 Supermag. Joined up to learn more about my collection that I plan to one pass on to my children.

Welcome to the forum, sounds like your dad had excellent taste in guns. I believe you are right, at one time I think you could custom order serial #s, so you have a very special one there. And the 7414 is an extra rare piece! If you run into any questions you cant find answers to, just post them, there are some really smart Dan Wesson guys here.
Oh, and the guys here all like
