I found this forum several months ago and I've been stopping by from time to time to get educated on Dan Wessons. I purchased an RZ-10 about 6 months ago and fell in love with it and started my search for a reasonably priced DW revolver. I purchased a 744VH about 2 weeks ago and am just trying to learn more about the guns. I hope one day I'll be able to share any information I gather to others looking for help.

I've lived my whole life in Tennessee but my father is from a small town about 100 miles northeast of Pittsburgh called DuBois. We still visit family there nearly every fall so I have a great love for the state of Pennsylvania. Nice to see so many members from PA.

Many many years ago I would cover a delivery run up through there for my brother. Dubois was usually the last stop although at times I had to go north of I-80. Up 119N with stops along the way, Indiana, Punxy (and Phil has his day of fame coming up soon).
Being the eastern side of the state (like Philly) isn't too far from the factory I could understand how Pa may have a had a good supply of DWs back in the day.
Sorry, I've never been to Tennessee. It would be a state I wouldn't mind going to though.
