I've got it posted in the gunsmithing thread. 15-2 complete ejector/extractor set. I picked up a 15-2 for well under $300 because it was missing those parts and I plan to rebuild it with a 6"VH from the current just vented, small underlug set up. I will also be having it reblued to maybe Colt Royal Blue. New grips as well.

Yes. The extractor seems to be flaired out enough so that the rod can be pushed through the female threading. If I thread them together just a little, the rod pulls right out.
Sound like no choice on needing extractor also, guess you're waiting again.
Unless someone has an extra here.

Extractor from Norwich is $48.95 (and a $9 shipping fee). This part is considered a factory install item, because it requires fitting by a gunsmith.
You can either ship your gun to the factory for installation or they can ship the part to your local gunsmith who has an FFL.

Call back from them over it, like Stinger noted, factory installed part.
I absolutely detest knowing that my options are to pay a good amount for a little amount of fitting from either them or my local FFL gunsmith, who won't even work on ARs because he claims they are too difficult. (I build my own anyway, just a conversation with him) I've also fixed my own revolvers...I guess it's time to email Bo at CZ and see the price. May take the current extractor to the shop and see what I can do.

I did not say you had to get your gunsmith to do the work, I said Norwich has to ship it to a FFL Dealer. Just get them to give the part to you when it arrives. It is just a CYA liability risk mitigation policy.

I understand that. I was stating what they told me. I find it funny that I can order parts that withstand a ton more force, pressure, etc and can do much more damage if they fail, straight to my door.
I wish I could get a reply to my wanted thread for one.
Edit:
Fixed it myself. Finally, a fully functional 15-2. I milled a 1.4mm "key" to keep in the extractor grove and slowly and lightly tapped the flaired out bottom from the top down to the female threads. Screwed in rod and works perfectly.
